Kiss the Donnie - Oneshot!-

Okay! This is for a contest and it takes place in the “Stars Abright” Universe made by AJB66613 and I!! Hope you guys love this oneshot!!

~~~Kiss the Donnie~~~

Raph groaned as he sat down on the couch, completely exhausted. He had a long day and it still wasn't done. He first had to fix the leak in the bathroom, then something on the Battle Shell went down; making him go and play mechanic since Donnie was taking care of the three-year old Orion. After finally fixing the Battle Shell, Raph then had to go to his office (which was his old room) and do some research on his newest target. Sometimes it sucked being one of the best mercenaries in the whole friggin East Coast.

But right now, it was after dinner and the tallest turtle was going to watch a movie with his kid and mate. Leo was off on a training run while Mikey was at his job. Splinter was with April, both of them trying to get Casey into the Supernatural Fandom. So it was just Donnie, Raph and Orion in the Lair. Don came up with the smallest turtle, a movie in the mutant child's hand. The jean clad turtle smiled at them.

“So, what movie will we be watching Don?” Raph asked.

Orion giggled and ran up to his father, holding out one of his favorite movies. Raph took it and mentally groaned. “Oh. The Little Mermaid. A classic.”

Don shook his head and placed the disk in the DVD player, already wanting to murder the creator of this film. Orion settled down on the carpet, already humming “Under the Sea” under his breath. His parents just sighed and sealed their fate by watching the film with him. The three turtles watched the movie and it got to Orion's favorite part: where Eric has to Kiss the Girl.

Raph rested his head against the back of the couch, wondering how much longer he had to deal with this movie when he glanced out of the corner of his eye. Don was curled up under one of his favorite hoodies, watching the movie. The emerald turtle gulped as he let his eyes roam over Donnie's form. The smaller male was beautiful, no doubt about it. It was just that Raph had a hard time dealing with his emotions, especially since he became a full time mercenary. That and Leo still kinda had dibs on Don since the fearless leader was the biological father of Orion. So Raph didn't know if Don had some feeling left for Leo or did they all go away when said turtle was sent off on another training trip??

Another sigh wanted to escape the hothead but he didn't let it. Instead he went to return his focus to the movie when he noticed something, Don's honey colored eyes would flick to him every few seconds. Raph turned his head so he was now fully staring at the purple banded ninja. Don bit his lip glancing at the hothead again. Raph's amber eyes didn't waver, searing into Don's soul. Don turned his head to meet Raph's stare. The two of them staring at each other while their child watched the movie. Don slowly moved towards the bigger male, still biting his lip. Raph moved too, eyes now flicking down to watch the genius' lips. Don licked them, wetting his now suddenly dry lips. The two of them moved closer, breath beginning to mix. Their lips were about to brush when Orion suddenly cried out.

The two adults jumped a mile into the air before turning to look at the mutant child, their hearts now in their throats. Orion was now standing and was glaring at the television, babbling about how it wasn't fair! Eric never got to kiss her! Don smiled and scooped his son up in his arms, calming the child down. Never seeing the look on Raph's face as they finished the movie...

~~~Kiss the Donnie~~~

Raph stretched, popping his back as he sat at his desk. Orion's movie finished about an hour ago and the merc thought he could get another hour of work in while Donnie put the kid to bed. He got some don but his mind was mostly on how he almost kissed the one who stole his heart. A grumpy grumble escaped the red banded turtle and decided on joining Don in the world of sleep. He powered down his computer, sending a message to his informer not to wake him or else, got out of his dirty jeans and into a clean pair of pj bottoms. With one final stretch, Raph went to the room he now shared with Don and Orion.

He entered the room and saw that Orion was asleep in his own bed, thumb in his mouth. A soft smile came on Raph' face as he approached his son's bed. He rubbed a slow circle on the back of Orion's blanket covered shell, still trying to believe that this wonderful child called him daddy. He turned his attention over to the bed to see Donnie sleeping. The two of them were Orion's parents but were not together, much to Raph's frustration but tonight gave Raph some hope. That almost kiss shed some light on their situation. There was hope for them. They had hit some rough patches but who doesn't? A grin was plastered on the tallest male's face as he slid into the bed. Don sighed and shifted, already moving so he would be spooned by Raph.

Raph raised his head enough to place a kiss on Donnie's head, murmuring “I love you Don. I always will.” And with that, he fell asleep, holding the turtle he loved in his arms.

But what he did not know was that Donnie was awake and he heard the silent confession. Don rolled his head over and smiled. He placed a quick peck on Raph's lips whispering, “I love you too. And I always will.”

Don moved his head back into his original position and fell asleep with a smile on his face...
