And welcome to the first of my commissioned fanfictions!!!! This is made for TrulyOutrageousJem and this is her songfic request!!!

Renet peered into Leo's room. She did this often, especially now. It had been a few weeks since they defeated the Shredder and the blue banded turtle's attitude had turned sour. So, what the apprentice time traveler did was check on her friends when she learned of it. More so when Renet heard of Leo's injury. She kept it quiet that she had a crush on the mutant turtle. Why? For she knew that it would be looked down on her for dating a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

But still, Renet would be there for him. He was there when she was at her lowest. Looking into the room, she could see that his mood had not improved. In fact, it looked like it had worsened. His back was to the door and he wasn't meditating. Instead, he was sitting on his bed, growling to himself. The blonde took a breathe to steel her nerves and entered his room. She didn't even flinch when some shuriken came flying at her and stuck into the wall near her head.

Leo glared at her but again, Renet did not flinch. Instead, she walked towards him and sat down next to him. Not even looking at him, she spoke, “Talk. I'm here to listen.”

The male turtle growled and sneered at the wall next to him. Totally ignoring the fact that Renet was there. After some time, he finally sighed. Realizing that the apprentice time traveler wasn't going to be leaving any time soon, the leaf green turtle turned to her. “I've got a lot to talk about, Hope you've got the time.”

Renet just smiled and held up her own time scepter. “I've got all the time in the world”

Leo, for the first time in weeks, laughed...

Raph punched the worn bag in front of him. Leo was acting a bit better for some strange reason. He wasn't as broody recently but it was still enough for the brothers to think he was acting like Raph. The emerald turtle sighed and paused in his punches. In his mind's eye, he could still see when Leo got the hack in his carapace. The scar on the leader's shell reminded them of their near failure. But it also reminded them of when they were at their strongest.

“Raph?”

He turned to see Shea walking towards him. The short African American girl stopped short in front of her boyfriend. She placed a hand on his plastron, looking into his amber eyes. “Is everything alright?”

Raph stared into her dark brown eyes before pulling her into a tight hug. He nuzzled his face into her blonde hair, needing her strength. It had been really hard to keep up his strong persona in front of his family, just to help keep some sort of normalcy.

Shea just wrapped her arms around him, feeling his pain. He had been there for her when her life was at it hardest in her life. So, in return, she would be there for the love of her life. He was her rock, and she his...

Carmen sat down next to her favorite turtle. Everyone in the Lair had been extremely tense and not acting like themselves since the Big Battle with Shredder. Leo all but became an angry recluse. Only appearing to eat, train and use the bathroom. Whenever he was around, it was like Raph, only 10 times worse. The usually calm leader's attitude was effecting everyone. Raph became somewhat depressed, only showing his sadness when he thought noone was looking.

Don was becoming irritable. Like, he was one move away from becoming a mad scientist irritable. He had already threaten to break out the bio warfare, which caused EVERYONE in the Lair to panic. (last time Don did, well, let us say Shredder could take lessons)

Mikey? He was not his usual happy self. Instead, he was almost emo like. And it was driving Carmen up the damn wall. She wanted everyone to be normal again and tonight, she was going to make Mikey normal first. So, here she was, hunting for him. Well, he was where he usually was, in the living room. The orange banded turtle was lazily flipping through the channels. He finally stopped on a movie. The  human winced as she saw it was The Terminator 2.

Wanting to get him away from the particular angry film, Carmen turned to him. “Jey, Miguelito, quiere jugar a un juego? (Trans: wanna play a game?)”

His baby blue eyes turned to her, anger pouring out of them. “What kind of game?”

She smiled and leaned over, whispering in his ear hole. His eyes no longer held anger. Instead, they widened in shock, confusion and soon lust. The Hispanic woman pulled away and continued to smile. Mikey raised his eye ridges.

“Really?”

Carmen nodded. “Si. All ju has to do is juegue DDR conmigo. Ju up for it Campeón?” She popped the p, smiling seductively.

Mikey went and turned on the XBOX 360. “Oh yeah, you are so on!! After all, I am the Battle Nexus Champion!!”

The black eyed woman smiled and thought 'Sometimes, it is good to be me.'

Don scrubbed at his face, looking at the test results of his brothers' health. He was worried about them since they got back from the farm house. Sure, the Utroms healed them as best as they could and it still took them a while to get back to normal. But still, Don was still worried about his brothers over all health. Mostly Leo's. His blood pressure was higher than it usually was and it was worrying the smartest turtle.

A knock at his lab door made Don look away from his computer. Entering the room was Eve, the love of the purple banded turtle's life. She entered the lab and sat down in his lap. Not even looking at his face, she pressed her own into the crook of his neck.

“What happened love?” she asked.

Don wrapped his large arms around her and leaned back in his chair as far as it would go. “Just things are starting to get annoying Eve. Leo is pulling out his inner Raph and frankly, it is getting on my last nerve. As well as the others.”

Eve just sat there, tracing weird little patterns on Don's plastron. “He hasn't been as bad recently.”

Her turtle snorted. “That's because Renet has been visiting his room. They think they are smart.”

The dark skinned girl looked up and raised an eyebrow. Don grinned and said, “Cameras in the hall.”

She laughed and cuddled up with him, humming a song. They just sat there, thinking of better times...

Leo growled as he punched his wall with the side of his fist. He went out on a run with Casey and it turned out to be a disaster. Well, kinda. He managed to help stop the Purple Dragons but the ninja's anger was still there. A pair of soft hands slid up his plastron and pulled him into a hug. The leaf green turtle rested a large hand on the dainty ones. Renet rested her cheek against his carapace.

His temper was getting worse with each passing day and the time traveler was running out of options on how to try and fix her beloved turtle. He had been there for her since they met and damn it the blonde was going to help out Leo. A tear slipped from the corner of her eye, knowing that her hero needed a hero of his own...

Shea smiled as she curled up with Raph. His depression was slowly going away and it was making the girl happy. He was becoming more like his old self, only the fights with Leo were 10 times worse now. The blonde pushed the horrible thought out of her head as she cuddled with the emerald turtle. The boys had just come back from a less than successful training run. Oh, they had run into some Purple Dragons alright and had whooped ass. But sadly, it caused Leo to become worse.

And when they came home, Leo immediately went into his room. Mikey went into the kitchen to make some of his comfort, Carmen hot on his heels. Eve had dragged Don to the bathroom and Shea could see steam coming from under the bathroom door. And Raph? He went and crashed on the couch. The dark skinned woman curled up with his, knowing that her being there was helping calm the hot head down.

A frown marred Shea's face as she realized that Leo had no one. That was when the smile transformed into a smile. Well, she did have some single friends...

Mikey sampled some of his sauce. Nodding, he continued to make dinner for his friends and family. Whenever the aqua turtle got upset, he would either pick on Raph or cook. Since Shea had all but glued herself to his older brother's side when they got home, Mikey went to his other form of comfort, cooking.

And that was where Carmen found her turtle. Pots boiled on the stove and a delicious smell was coming from the oven and the Hispanic woman could also see some chicken thawing out in the sink.

She spoke clearly to catch his attention, “ Miguelito, mi amor, qué hace usted?” [Trans: Mikey, my love, what are you doing?]

Mikey looked at her from over his shoulder. “Hey Cha Cha. I am cooking dinner!”

Carmen's eyebrows rose. He only called her that when he was upset. Walking to him, she hugged him. He stood there before breaking down. Gripping her like he was going to be blown away, the aqua turtle began to cry.

The girl just stood there, shushing him and knowing that things had to get better or else...

Eve sat on the toilet lid, looking at the olive skinned turtle that was currently sitting in the tub. This was one of the few ways to get Don to relax and talk and Eve wanted to know what caused Leo to slip farther from them. The mutant continued to sit there, staring at nothing until he spoke.

“We have got to do something. And I am at a complete lost. I don't know what to do Eve. Leo is loosing himself more and more to the darkness within his heart. What am I suppose to do?”

Eve said nothing. Instead, she stood up and disrobed. Don just stared at her as she got naked and climbed into the tub with him. Hot water sloshed over the rim of the tub as it accommodated another body. Don shifted so that his girlfriend would rest easier in the water with him. She sat with him, singing the song “Broken” by Seether featuring Amy Lee. Don joined in, singing the male parts.

The dark skinned girl felt tears leave her eyes, knowing that there was nothing Don could do to help his brother...

It had been a few weeks after Karai attacked the Lair and Leo returned. The blue banded turtle was meditating in his room when someone hugged him from behind. He smiled and placed his hands on the arms that were wrapped around his torso.

He turned around to see Renet standing there, her usual outfit replace with a blue hoodie, pink skinny jeans and her dirty blonde hair was down. Her blue eyes looked at him, with tears shining over them. “You are okay! Oh thank TARDIS!!”

Leo hugged her, resting his cheek on the top of her head. “Yes Ren-chan. I'm okay.”

She pulled back, looking into his steel grey eyes. “The girls said that you were sent to some guy called “The Ancient One” in Japan!! I tried to visit but Lord Simultaneous kept me busy. One of his friends visited and we had to fight something called a Dalek. And after that, a Weeping Angel showed up. Trust me, those things would give you for your money!!”

The mutant turtle laughed. “I'll take your word for it. And yes, I was sent to Japan to train under the Ancient One. He is an...interesting fellow.”

Renet scoffed, “Not as interesting as the guy I had to deal with. Trust me, he makes Don look stupid and Mikey sane.”

The taller being blinked at her and sweatdropped. “Right. But I would like to know right now is why are you here?”

Renet just smiled, sliding her arms up to wrap around his neck. The time traveler brought her face close to his. “I am here because I needed to see my hero.”

Leo chuckled, lowering his head enough for his breath to tease her lips. “And I needed to see mine. You were the main reason I kept going in my training Renet. You are my Hero tonight.”

And with that, he kissed her...
